What is a Research Project?
A research project is gathering information and facts on a particular topic. To go as far as you can to pull out every last little bit of info. The deeper you go, the better and more interesting the research project will be. We do research because it helps massively in developing ideas and expanding on them further later on in the project.
There's different types of research such as, primary and secondary. Primary is something you do yourself like a questionnaire or an interview and is all your own work because your going out of your way to get it yourself. Secondary is something you get from someone else's research, like a book, magazine or a website. The problem with this is you don't know if its going to be genuine and true, that's why primary is the most reliable as your doing it yourself.
"Project research becomes an integral part of project analysis which is a thorough examination and review of project activities" - What is Project Research?
For example the project I'm going to be doing is title sequences, so I'm going to be researching into this to get every last bit of information I can get my hands on. I will be looking into everything to, text, visuals and music. Why are they used? Does it suit the theme? Who's decision is it?
